摘要
文章提出了高校在就业指导教育过程中充分发挥“三全育人”理念的意义,并以此为核心,进行就业指导课程改革,完善系统化、全程化课程体系建设;全面调查分析就业问题,精准施策;深入开展就业指导教育理论研究;丰富教学方式、创新教学方法。进一步提升高校培养大学生综合素养和专业实力的水平,切实帮助高校毕业生精准就业,践行“立德树人”根本任务,为中华民族伟大复兴培养高素质人才。
In the process of employment guidance education,fully utilize the significance of the concept of"three comprehen sive education",and take it as the core to carry out the reform of employment guidance curriculum,improve the construction of a systematic and comprehensive curriculum system;Conduct comprehensive investigation and analysis of employment issues,and implement precise policies;Deeply carry out theoretical research on employment guidance education;Enrich teaching methods and innovate teaching methods.Further enhance the level of universities in cultivating comprehensive literacy and professional strength of college students,effectively assist college graduates in precise employment,practice the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and talents",and cultivate high-quality talents for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
