摘要
本文对高职护理专业实训教学改革进行了深入研究。文章通过分析高职护理专业实训教学现状与问题,提出了翻转课堂模式和个性化与差异化的创新思路。针对实训教学内容和方法进行了改革,包括基于工作过程的内容设计、案例教学和虚拟仿真技术的运用。同时强调了实训教学评价体系的构建和教师与学生角色的转变。本研究旨在提供新的思路和方法,提高学生的专业能力,适应新时代的需求。
In this paper,the reform of practical training teaching of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges is deeply discussed and studied.By analyzing the current situation and problems,this paper puts forward the flipped classroom model and the innovative ideas of individuation and differentiation.The teaching contents and methods of practical training are reformed,including the content design based on work process,case teaching and the application of virtual simulation technology.At the same time,it also emphasizes the construction of the evaluation system of practical training teaching and the transformation of the roles of teachers and students.This thesis aims to provide new ideas and methods to improve students'professional ability and adapt to the needs of the new era.
