摘要
对传统预应力撑杆柱进行性能优化,考虑增加端部约束,改变了横撑形式及预应力拉索的方向,改进为双转向预应力撑盘柱.利用预应力索撑等效弹簧刚度理论公式证明优化的正确性,并由有限元软件ANSYS对三种预应力柱及无预应力柱的弹性屈曲性能和非线性稳定承载能力进行模拟分析计算,表明双转向预应力柱是单横隔预应力撑杆柱特征值屈曲荷载的2.43倍,非线性屈曲荷载的2.16倍;是三横隔撑杆柱特征值屈曲荷载的1.51倍,非线性屈曲荷载的1.51倍.
The performance optimization of the traditional prestressed stayed column was improved to double-steering prestressed disc-supporting column by adding it’s end constraints and changing the transverse bracing form and the orientation of the prestressed cables. The theoretical formula of prestressed cable-supported equivalent spring stiffness was used to prove the correctness of optimization. The finite element software ANSYS was used for simulation analysis and calculation of the elastic buckling performance and nonlinear stability bearing capacity of three kinds of prestressed columns and non-prestressed columns. It is obtained that for the single transverse prestressed column, double-steering prestressed column is 2.43 times of the eigenvalue buckling load and 2.17 times of the nonlinear buckling load. For the triple transverse prestressed column, double-steering prestressed column is 1.51 times of the eigenvalue buckling load and 1.51 times of the nonlinear buckling load.
