摘要
DARPA不仅是美国颠覆性技术的核心研发机构,更是美国人工智能技术发展变革的重要机构,在美军人工智能技术的发展进步中发挥了巨大作用。DARPA通常会在其财年预算申请文件中详细阐述项目安排及经费预算情况,文中总结DARPA近期人工智能领域的最新进展,梳理DARPA 2023财年预算文件,分析了其人工智能项目布局特点和趋势。
DARPA is not only the core research and development institution of disruptive technology in the United States,but also an important institution for the development and transformation of artificial intelligence technology in the United States.It has played a huge role in the development and progress of artificial intelligence technology in the US military.DARPA usually elaborates on the financial project arrangement and funding budget in its fiscal year budget application documents.This paper summarizes the latest progress of DARPA in the field of artificial intelligence,combs DARPA’s budget document for fiscal year 2023,and analyzes the layout characteristics and trends of its artificial intelligence projects.
