摘要
传统能源系统的规划运行局限于电、气、热等单一能源形式,难以充分发挥多种能源形势的运行特性、互补特性及经济特性,从而在项目整体规划过程中遭遇投资收益、节能减排等瓶颈。针对上述问题,本文基于区域综合能源规划平台IES-Plan,选取典型的用户侧综合能源升级改造项目及能源站规划项目为例,综合考量项目的多种形式能源需求、当地资源禀赋、政策补贴及设备价格,为项目提供综合能源系统提供不同目标下的项目规划方案、设备典型运行方案及经济环保性评估。
The planning and operation of conventional energy systems are limited to a single energy form such as electricity,gas,and heat,and it is difficult to give full considerations of operating characteristics,complementary characteristics,and economic characteristics of integrated energy system,thus encountering the bottlenecks of investment returns,energy conservation and emission reduction during the overall project planning.According to the aforementioned problems,this article performed the integrated energy system planning using IES-Plan.The planning considers the energy demand,local resource endowment,policy subsidies,and equipment price for the stakeholders.The planning results include typical equipment operation schemes,and economic and environmental assessments under different planning goals.
