摘要
产品创新设计实际上是一个需求与技术矛盾不断产生并消解的过程,如何协调技术矛盾是产品创新设计决策中的关键任务。可拓学中通过基元的拓展能够实现技术矛盾的求解,针对技术矛盾的思维拓展瓶颈,提出了专利数据驱动的产品创新设计服务模型。基于专利数据,通过对基元拓展构建了专利可拓网络的基元模型,采用数据挖掘技术进行知识抽取,构造集成技术-功效-结构的专利可拓网络。通过可拓规则辅助基元的推理与拓展,在专利可拓网络上为设计人员提供产品创新设计服务。以高速插秧机中的技术矛盾问题为例阐述方法的可行性。本研究为技术矛盾的知识化求解提供了一种有效的思路与方法,有利于提高技术矛盾的求解效率。
Product innovation design is actually a process of continuously generating and solving the contradiction between demand and technology.How to deal with technical contradiction is the key task of decision-making in product innovation design.Extenics can get the solution of technical contradictions through the expansion of primitives.Aiming at the bottleneck of thinking expansion of technical contradictions,a service model with patent data-driven and product innovation design is proposed.Based on patent data,the primitive model for the patent extension network is constructed by expanding the primitives,and a patent extension network,which integrated technology-function-structure is constructed after knowledge extraction by data mining technology.The service of product innovation design is provided on the patent extension network for product designers through extension rules to assist the reasoning and expansion of primitives.This research provides an effective idea and method for the knowledge-based solution of technical contradictions,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of solving technical contradictions.
