摘要 为简化单片预制梁的现场检测方法,提出一种自平衡加载体系并进行理论分析。使用钢索分别连接千斤顶顶部与梁的两端,形成一个自平衡体系,千斤顶加载时,梁不仅受到千斤顶对它产生的跨中弯矩,同时还受到钢索偏心力对梁产生的弯矩。通过对自平衡体系进行受力分析,计算确定钢索的截面积,并建立千斤顶的加载力与梁的跨中弯矩、挠度、应力之间的关系,最后通过有限元对理论计算进行验证。研究结果表明:理论计算结果与有限元模拟分析结果一致,验证了自平衡单梁检测方法的实用性与有效性。 In order to simplify the on-site inspection method of single precast beam,a self-balancing loading system is proposed and analyzed theoretically.The tightwire is respectively connected to the top of the jack and the two ends of the beam to form a self-balancing system.When the jack is loaded,the beam is not only affected by the mid-span bending moment produced by the jack,but also by the bending moment produced by the cable’s eccentric force on the beam.Through the force analysis of the self-balancing system,the cross-sectional area of the cable is determined,and the relationship between the axial force of the jack and the mid-span bending moment,deflection and stress of the beam is obtained.Finally,the theoretical calculation is verified by the finite element method.The research results show that the theoretical calculation results are consistent with the finiteelementsimulation analysis results,which verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the self-balancing single beam detection method.
