摘要
双凹面摩擦摆隔震支座(DCFPB)具有高承载力、高稳定性、高耐久性等优点。形状记忆合金(shape memory alloy,简称SMA)具有超弹性效应、形状记忆效应和高阻尼效应等其他优良性质。因此,提出SMA-DCFPB复合支座。介绍了复合支座的基本构造与工作原理,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了DCFPB和SMA-DCFPB 2种支座的有限元模型,分析对比了2种支座的滞回曲线,应力云图。研究了竖向压力、摩擦系数、曲率半径和SMA拉索横截面积对复合支座力学性能的影响。结果表明:与DCFPB相比,SMA-DCFPB复合支座滞回曲线更加饱满,耗能能力更强;SMA-DCFPB复合支座最大应力出现在SMA拉索与支承板连接处,工程应用时,应充分考虑锚固处的应力集中情况;SMA-DCFPB复合支座的等效刚度、滞回耗能随着竖向压力、摩擦系数、SMA拉索横截面积增大而增大,随着曲率半径增大而减小;等效阻尼比随着竖向压力、摩擦系数和曲率半径增大而增大,随着SMA拉索横截面积增大而减小。
Double concave friction pendulum seismic isolation bearing(DCFPB)has the advantages of high bearing capacity,high stability and high durability.Shape Memory Alloy(SMA)has other excellent properties such as super elastic effect,shape memory effect and high damping effect.Therefore,SMA-DCFPB composite bearings are proposed.The basic structure and working principle of composite support are introduced,using the finite element software ABAQUS,the finite element model of DCFPB and SMA-DCFPB bearings is established.The hysteresis curves of the two bearings are compared,and the stress cloud diagram is analyzed.The effects of vertical force,coefficient of friction,radius of curvature and cross-sectional area of SMA cable on the mechanical properties composite bearings are studied.The results show that:compared with DCFPB,SMA-DCFPB composite bearing hysteresis curve is fuller and has stronger energy consumption capacity;the maximum stress of the SMA-DCFPB the composite bearing appears at the connection between the SMA cable and the bearing plate,and the stress concentration at the anchor should be fully considered when applying the engineering application;the equivalent stiffness and hysteresis energy consumption of SMA-DCFPB composite bearing increase with the increase of vertical pressure,friction coefficient,and cross-sectional area of SMA cable,and decrease with the increase of curvature radius;the equivalent damping ratio increases with increasing vertical pressure,coefficient of friction and radius of curvature,and decreases with the cross-sectional area of the SMA cable.
