摘要
高炉瓦斯泥是高炉炼铁过程中产生的一种固体工业废弃物,也是一种二次资源,其中含有大量的Zn、Fe、C等有价组分,具有较高的回收利用价值.根据高炉瓦斯泥的特点及难处理问题,作者对高炉瓦斯泥浸出热力学、高炉瓦斯泥浸出动力学、氧化中和除铁理论及氟化沉淀除钙理论进行了讨论与分析,并提出了以高炉瓦斯泥为原料通过硫酸浸出—氧化中和除铁—氟化沉淀除钙—蒸发浓缩—冷却结晶制取七水硫酸锌的工艺,回收了高炉瓦斯泥中有价金属锌并制备了高附加值的七水硫酸锌产品,浸出后的残渣可返回烧结工序回收处理,实现了高炉瓦斯泥高效、清洁、经济的综合利用.
Blast furnace sludge is a solid industrial waste produced from ironmaking process by blast furnace.It is a secondary resource,which contains a lot of valuable components,such as Zn,Fe and C.It has high recycling value.According to the characteristics of blast furnace sludge and difficult problems of processing,the theory leaching thermodynamics of blast furnace sludge,leaching kinetics of blast furnace sludge,iron removal theory by oxidation and calcium removal theory by fluoride precipitation were discussed and analyzed in this paper.A process was proposed:preparation of ZnSO4·7 H2O from blast furnace sludge by sulfuric acid leaching—iron removal by oxidation—calcium removal by fluoride—evaporation concentration and cooling crystallization method.The valuable metal zinc was recovered from blast furnace sludge by this process and high value-added ZnSO4·7 H2O products were obtained.The residue after leaching can be returned to the sintering process for recycling utilization.Comprehensive utilization of blast furnace sludge is realized by efficient,clean and economical process.
