多煤层重复采动穿层大巷围岩变形特征及修复加固技术研究 被引量:30

The deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of crossing roadway in multiple seams under repeated mining and its repair and reinforcement technology

摘要 为探讨多煤层重复采动穿层巷道围岩变形破碎严重、锚固结构易失效等难题,以发耳煤矿+980m轨道大巷为研究背景,通过围岩组分分析、现场电视探测和数值计算确定了影响+980m轨道大巷围岩变形严重的主要因素。基于此提出了"支护弱结构部位加强支护"的不均匀加固技术,通过Phase软件模拟合理的大巷修复加固方案并提出"锚杆+锚索+钢筋梯+金属网+注浆"联合支护技术控制巷道围岩变形。现场监测结果表明:与未修复加固段巷道相比,修复加固段巷道在40 d监测期间顶板、底板及两帮变形量仅为22,21,17 mm,巷道围岩裂隙基本被浆液充填,巷道围岩变形基本得到控制。 The serious deformation of surrounding rock and the easy failure of the anchoring structure of crossing roadway are the urgent issue which need to be paid more attention in the multiple seams by repeated mining.Based on this problem,the+980 m roadway of Fa’er Coal Mine is taken as test roadway.Firstly,the main factors influencing the surrounding rock serious deformation are determined by the analysis of the surrounding rock composition,the borehole camera detection and the numerical simulation.Then the uneven support technology system of"strengthening support in weak structure"is proposed in this paper.Meanwhile the Phase software is used to simulate the reasonable support scheme of the roadway and the combined support technology of"bolt+bolt cable+steel ladder+metal mesh+grouting"is proposed to control the surrounding rock deformation.The results show that the deformation of roof,floor and two sides are only 22,21 and 17 mm during the 40 d monitoring period compared with the unrepaired section roadway.Furthermore,the cracks in the surrounding rock are almost filled by grouting material,and the overall stability of roadway surrounding rock is completely achieved.
