摘要
《科学素质纲要(2021—2035年)》将科普服务标准化作为保障条件之一予以加强。通过分析科普服务标准化的发展现状,剖析存在的问题,结合全民科学素质提升和科普工作的最新形势与发展要求,提出今后科普服务标准化的发展思路:做好"十四五"时期标准化工作统筹协调和规划;构建国家标准、行业标准、地方标准、团体标准和企业标准的多维标准化体系;分级分类制定科普产品和服务标准;加强标准宣贯和实施效果评估;动员社会力量参与标准化工作。
Outline of the National Scheme for Scientific Literacy(2021–2035)strengthens the standardization of science popularization service as one of the guarantee conditions.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of standardization of science popularization service,and according to the current situation and development requirements of improvement of national scientific literacy and science popularization work,the development strategies of standardization of science popularization service are put forward:doing a good job in the planning and overall coordination of standardization work during the“14 th Five-Year Plan”period;building a multi-dimensional standardization system of national standards,industry standards,local standards,group standards,and corporate standards;formulating standards of science popularization product and services by classification;strengthening the publicity and implementation effect evaluation of standards;mobilizing social forces to participate in standardization work.
