邛海浅水湖带及其附近人工湿地中沉水植物底质以上植株中氮和磷含量 被引量:7

Nitrogen and Phosphorus Contents of Submerged Plants above Substrate in Shallow Region of Qionghai Lake and around Constructed Wetlands

摘要 2017年4月21~30日,对邛海浅水湖带及其附近人工湖和沟渠中沉水植物的分布进行了野外调查;2018年4月22~28日,在邛海浅水湖带及其附近人工湖和沟渠中设置采样点,采集沉水植物底质以上植株的样品;在实验室中,测定了样品中的全氮和全磷含量。研究结果表明,2017年4月,在邛海浅水湖带及其附近人工湖和沟渠的水中,共发现了9种沉水植物,分别为苦草(Vallisneria natans)、穗状狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)、金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)、黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)、篦齿眼子菜(Potamogeton pectinatus)、马来眼子菜(Potamogeton malaianus)、菹草(Potamogeton crispus)、穿叶眼子菜(Potamogeton perfoliatus)和大茨藻(Najas marina),其中,穗状狐尾藻和苦草分布最广;2018年4月,沉水植物底质以上植株的全氮和全磷含量存在差异,分布较广的7种沉水植物金鱼藻、穗状狐尾藻、苦草、马来眼子菜、菹草、篦齿眼子菜和黑藻底质以上植株的全氮和全磷含量依次减小。 The distribution of submerged plants in shallow region of Qionghai Lake and around artificial lake and ditch was investigated by means of field survey from April 21 to 30,2017.The submerged plants in shallow region of Qionghai Lake and around artificial lake and ditch were collected from April 22 to 28,2018 and the total nitrogen and phosphorus contents of the plant above substrate were measured.The results showed that 9 kinds of submerged plants were found in shallow region of Qionghai Lake and around artificial lake and ditch in April,2017,were respectively Vallisneria natans,Myriophyllum spicatum,Ceratophyllum demersum,Hydrilla verticillata,Potamogeton pectinatus,Potamogeton malaianus,Potamogeton crispus,Potamogeton perfoliatus and Najas marina.Myriophyllum spicatum and Vallisneria natans were widely distributed.Contents of total nitrogen and phosphorus of the plant above substrate of 7 kinds of widely distributed submerged plants were different between and within species in April,2018.In the 7 kinds of widely distributed submerged plants,contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus of the plant above substrate of Ceratophyllum demersum,Myriophyllum spicatum,Vallisneria natans,Potamogeton malaianus,Potamogeton crispus,Potamogeton pectinatus and Hydrilla verticillata decreased in turn.
