Cx43在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及其与Bcl-2、bax表达的关系 被引量:1

Cx43 expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and its correlation with Bcl-2 and bax expressions

摘要 目的:研究细胞间隙连接蛋白connexin43基因(Cx43)在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及与Bcl-2、bax表达的相关性。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年1月在我院诊治的120例膀胱移行细胞癌患者,分别检测患者的Cx43、Bcl-2、bax水平,分析其表达在疾病中的价值。结果:Cx43 mRNA在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中表达率低于癌旁组织、正常膀胱组织(P<0.05);Cx43表达与性别、年龄、临床分期无相关性(P>0.05),但与病理分级、淋巴结转移呈负相关性(P<0.05);Cx43与Bcl-2表达呈负相关性,与bax表达呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Cx43在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中具有重要意义,与疾病进展、转移相关,同时与Bcl-2、bax表达也存在一定相关性,在疾病发生发展中较为重要。 Objective: To study the expression of connexin43(Cx43) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) and its correlation with B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2) and bax expressions. Method: From January 2016 to January 2018, 120 BTCC patients treated in our hospital were selected. The Cx43, Bcl-2 and bax expressions were detected to analyze their diagnosis value. Result: The Cx43 mRNA expression in BTCC tissues was lower than that of para-carcinoma tissues or normal bladder tissues(P<0.05). The Cx43 expression had no correlation with the patient’s gender, age or clinical staging(P>0.05), but it was negatively correlated with the pathological grading and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05). Also, the Cx43 expression had a negative correlation with Bcl-2 expression and positive correlation with bax expressions(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Cx43 expression is correlated with the disease progression, lymphatic metastasis, Bcl-2 and bax expressions. It is of great importance in the disease genesis and progression.
