磁共振功能成像评价放射性涎腺损伤的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 放射性涎腺损伤(radiation-induced salivary glands damage)是头颈部恶性肿瘤在放疗时,涎腺常与靶区相邻从而不可避免地受到的损伤,是放疗后的常见并发症。放射性涎腺损伤可以出现猛性龋、进食困难、口腔黏膜疾病、味觉丧失、牙周炎等症状[1],长期会引起消化功能紊乱、营养不良等全身疾病,严重降低了长期生存者的生活质量。因此,如何有效地评价放射性涎腺损伤日益受到关注。目前涎腺损伤的影像学评价方法包括B超、CT.
