摘要
目的:通过锥行束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)比较上切牙拔牙后即刻种植同时添加骨粉,与常规位点保存术后延期种植两种治疗方法对牙槽嵴的保存疗效。方法:通过CBCT选取上切牙区拔牙后实施位点保存术的患者10例(A组),拔牙后行即刻种植同时添加骨粉患者16例(B组)。对比分析两组术后即刻及术后6个月牙槽嵴宽度、高度的变化,以及两组植入种植体后0.5~2年的影像学特点及存留率情况。结果:A、B两组唇侧、舌侧、近中侧和远中侧,术后即刻与术后6个月牙槽骨高度变化量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B两组在根长25%、50%和75%处,术后即刻与术后6个月的牙槽骨宽度变化值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:上切牙区拔牙后即刻种植同时添加骨粉,与常规位点保存术后延期种植两种方法术后6个月牙槽骨的吸收程度无差异,均能获得良好的修复效果。
Objective:To compare the effects of immediate implantation with bone powder and delayed implantation after conventional site preservation on alveolar ridge preservation by cone beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods:Ten patients who underwent site preservation after extraction of incisors as group A,and 16 patients who underwent immediate implantation and bone powder addition after extraction as group B were selected.The width and height of alveolar ridge in the two groups were compared immediately and 6 months after operation,and the imaging characteristics and retention rate of the two groups in 0.5~2 years after implant were compared.Results:After operation and 6 months later,there was no significant difference in the alveolar bone height measurements at the labial,lingual,proximal and distal sides between two groups respectively(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the alveolar bone width measurements at 25%,50%and 75%of the root length between two groups respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no difference in alveolar bone absorption between immediate implantation after extraction of upper incisor and delayed implantation after conventional site preservation for 6 months,and good restoration results can be obtained.
