摘要
0~3岁儿童家庭教养的社会支持对婴幼儿发展、家庭建设、提高人口素质具有重要价值。我国自"全面二孩"政策实施后,政府部门、非政府组织、社区、社会工作者等众多群体都为0~3岁儿童的家庭教养提供了相应的社会支持,取得了有效经验。但由于相关制度不健全、家庭教养工作的组织协调不够完善、经费不足、家庭碎片化发展等因素,现有社会支持体系仍存在供需不符、发展不均的现象。
The social support of family upbringing of children aged 0~3 years is of great value to infant development,family construction and improving population quality.Since the implementation of the"comprehensive two-child"policy in China,government departments,non-governmental organizations,communities,social workers and many other groups have provided corresponding social support for the family upbringing of children aged 0~3 years and gained effective experience.However,due to the related system is not perfect,the organization and coordination of family education work is not perfect,insufficient funds,family fragmentation development and other factors,the existing social support system still has the phenomenon of supply and demand is not inaccordance with the uneven development.
