区域性职业教育集团办学模式改革的实践与思考——以安徽大江教育集团为例 被引量:1

摘要 我国职业教育集团化办学模式进入多元主体共同参与可以办学的新阶段。组建职业教育集团,探索构建"多元主体参与、混合所有制"集团化办学新模式,落实国家职业教育改革新要求。建议从完善优化集团架构设计、科学制定集团发展规划、全面服务区域转型发展、优化设计合作发展平台四个方面推进职教集团可持续发展,破解区域性职教集团运行机制不够清晰、改革目标不够明确、发展任务不够具体和政策保障仍需加强的问题。 China vocational education group-run mode has entered a new stage of multi-subject participation in running a school.Vocational education group is set up to explore a new mode of"multi subject participation and mixed ownership"group education,which has implemented the new requirements of national vocational education reform.It is suggested to promote the sustainable development of the group from four aspects:improving and optimizing the structure design of the group,scientifically formulating the development plan of the group,comprehensively serving the regional transformation and development,and optimizing and designing the cooperative development platform,so as to solve the problems that the operation mechanism of the regional vocational education group is not clear,the reform goal is uncertain,the development task is not specific,and the policy guarantee still needs to be strengthened.
