摘要
目的:对大籽蒿进行本草考证,并综述其现代研究进展。方法:通过查阅《晶珠本草》等著作,梳理大籽蒿药材的名称、基原、药性、功效及其在复方制剂中的使用情况,并结合现代文献报道对大籽蒿的化学成分及药理作用进行综述。结果:大籽蒿的名称及基原品种较为混乱,其基原共涉及12种植物,均属于菊科,其中蒿属9种、绢蒿属2种、亚菊属1种。大籽蒿主要有清热、止血、消肿等功效。此外,大籽蒿化学成分复杂,主要含有倍半萜类、木脂素类、黄酮类等化合物,在药理活性上有良好的抗炎、抗癌、抗菌作用。结论:大籽蒿具有较好的开发利用价值,今后应加强其品种整理、质量评价、药效物质基础及作用机制等基础研究工作,促进其临床应用和现代化开发。
Objective:To carry out herbal textual research on Herba Artemisia,and review its modern research progress.Method:By consulting Jingzhu Materia Medica etc.,the names,origins,properties and functions of Herba Artemisia,and its use in compound preparations were clarified.The chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Herba Artemisia were summarized by consulting modern literature.Result:The names and original plants of Herba Artemisia were quite confused,involving about 12 species,all belonging to Compositae,including 9 species of Artemisia,2 species of Seriphidium and 1 species of Ajania.The main effects of Herba Artemisia were heat clearing,hemostasis and detumescence.In addition,the chemical constituents of Herba Artemisia were complex,mainly including sesquiterpenoids,lignans and flavonoids,which had the pharmacological activity of good anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer and anti-bacterial effects.Conclusion:Herba Artemisia has good development and utilization value,and the basic research work including variety systematization,quality evaluation,pharmacodynamic material basis and mechanism of action of Herba Artemisia,should be strengthened in the future,so as to promote its clinical application and modern development.
