摘要
为了分析砂卵石地层物理参数对盾构管片内力的影响,以呼和浩特地铁典型地层为例,设计7种工况,通过"荷载-结构"模拟计算,对比分析6个地层物理参数对管片内力的影响,进而得出单因素敏感性结论;再以此为基础,采用正交试验原理和极差分析方法,充分考虑各地层物理参数相互作用,研究分析多因素敏感性。结果表明:黏聚力和垂直基床系数对管片内力几乎无影响;影响管片内力的地层物理参数多因素敏感性等级由高到低分别为水平基床系数、静止侧压力系数、内摩擦角、重度;为进一步深入研究水土与管片的关系奠定了基础,对类似工程分析提供借鉴。
Taking typical strata of Hohhot Metro as an example,in order to analyze the influence of physical parameters of sandy pebble stratum on the internal force of shield segmentthis paper first designs seven working conditions,compares and analyses the influence of six stratum physical parameters on internal force of segment through"load-structure"simulation calculation,and then draws a conclusion of single factor sensitivity.Based on that,the orthogonal experimental principle and range analysis method are adopted to study the sensitivity of multi-factors with full consideration the interaction of physical parameters of different strata.The results show that:1)cohesion and vertical bedding coefficient have almost no effect on segment internal force;2)the sensitivity grades of multi-factors affecting segment internal force are horizontal bedding coefficient,static lateral pressure coefficient,internal friction angle and severity from high to low;3)it lays a foundation for further study on the relationship between water and soil and segments and provides reference for similar projects.
