摘要
参照莫高窟壁画地仗的物质成分制作了模拟地仗,在不同湿度环境下对地仗进行吸湿-脱湿实验,监测吸湿-脱湿过程,对试样的吸湿-脱湿结果采用函数拟合,测试了试样的微观结构及导热系数.结果表明,壁画地仗的吸湿-脱湿过程呈指数衰减形式;在高湿度(RH=97%)时,地仗粗泥层和细泥层吸湿量均可达0.10 g/cm3;在低湿度(RH=11%)时,地仗粗泥层和细泥层脱湿量为0.08 g/cm3;粗泥层和细泥层的导热系数差异不明显,微观结构上因加筋纤维的孔隙性差异导致粗泥层的孔隙率略大.地仗对水蒸气的吸附不能完全解吸,因此莫高窟的日常维护需要格外注意高湿度下的吸湿-脱湿效应.
A simulated plaster was made according to the material composition of the wall paintings of the Mogao Grottoes,and the simulated plaster was subjected to moisture absorption and desorption tests under different humidity conditions.The study monitored the moisture absorption and desorption process,applied the function to fit the moisture absorption and desorption process of the sample,and tested the microstructure and thermal conductivity of the sample.The test results showed that the moisture absorption and desorption process of the wall painting plaster was exponentially decaying.In the case of high relative humidity(R_H=97%),the moisture absorption of the coarse and fine plaster could reach as much as 0.10 g/cm^3;in the case of low relative humidity(R_H=11%),the moisture desorption of the coarse plaster and the fine plaster could reach 0.08 g/cm^3.The thermal conductivity difference of the coarse and fine plaster layers was not obvious.The porosity of the former was slightly larger due to the difference in the porosity of the reinforced fibers.The absorption of moisture vapor by the plaster could not be completely desorbed.In the daily maintenance of the Mogao Grottoes,it is necessary to pay especial attention to the moisture absorption and desorption effect under high humidity in the caves.
