摘要
目的了解经胸心内直视下心脏射频消融治疗房颤同期行瓣膜病手术后心房率的变化与疗效之间的关系。方法比较20例患者手术前后心脏节律和心房率的变化。结果术后平均心房率:14例恢复窦律者心房率为89.6bpm,5例房扑者为227.8bpm,1例房颤者为375bpm,窦律者心房率较术前减少了277.8bpm±16.5bpm、房扑者减少117.0bpm±11.8bpm(p<0.001)。结论术后心脏节律转为窦律、房扑,心房率较术前减少的变化基本反映了手术治疗房颤的近期效果。建议术后应尽早检查24h心电图了解心房率值的变化评估手术效果。
Objective To understand the relationship between changes in atrial rate and efficacy after surgery.Methods The cardiac rhythm and atrial rate of 20 patients were compared before and after operation.Results The average atrial rate after surgery(times/min):14 cases of sinus rhythm is 89.6,5 cases of atrial flutter is 227.8,1 case of atrial fibrillation is 375.The atrial rate of patients with sinus rhythm reduced 277.8±16.5 after surgery,patients with atrial flutter reduced 117.0±11.8,p<0.001.Conclusions When the heart rhythm turns sinus rhythm and atrial flutter,the atrial rate becomes slower,which reflects the short-term effect of surgical treatment.24 h ECG should be examined to understand the changes of atrial rate and evaluate the effect of surgery.
