摘要
为明确墩台加宽工程背景下植筋设计与施工工艺,并考察植筋锚固长度对植筋-基材界面黏结性能影响规律,以新建连云港至镇江铁路淮安地区预留宁淮铁路引入同步实施工程—宁盐上下行联络线既有承台墩身帮宽专项为工程背景,采用植筋-基材拉拔试验,开展了24块以锚固长度为参数下的植筋-基材界面正拉试验。试验结果表明:植筋-基材界面存在有效黏结长度,试验条件下,有效黏结长度介于10-15cm;界面黏结强度并不随着锚固长度增加而增长,有效黏结长度内呈正向增长趋势,当锚固长度超过有效黏结长度,界面黏结应力不变,过长注浆孔道导致基材受损,不利于加固工程安全。
In order to clarify the design and construction process of planting reinforcement under the background of pier and abutment widening project,and investigate the influence of the anchorage length of planting reinforcement on the bonding performance of planting reinforcement substrate interface,taking the newly-built Lianyungang Zhenjiang railway Huai’an area reserved for the introduction of Ning Huai’an railway into the synchronous implementation project——the special project of widening the pier body of the existing pile cap of Ning Yan upstream and downstream connecting line as the engineering background,the drawing test of planting reinforcement substrate is adopted,24 normal tensile tests of the interface between embedded reinforcement and substrate with the anchorage length as the parameter were carried out.The test results show that there is an effective bonding length at the interface between planted reinforcement and substrate.Under the test conditions,the effective bonding length is between 10-15cm;The interfacial bonding strength does not increase with the increase of the anchorage length,but shows a positive growth trend within the effective bonding length.When the anchorage length exceeds the effective bonding length,the interfacial bonding stress remains unchanged,and the long grouting duct leads to the damage of the substrate,which is not conducive to the safety of the reinforcement project.
