摘要
开放式实验教学是提升学生创新意识与能力的新型教学方式,也是应用型人才培养的重要手段。值得思考的是,传统实验室管理仍面临着开放机制不善、师资建设滞后、设备利用率低等一系列问题,无法适应现代化开放式实验教学的要求。因此,有必要立足开放式实验教学视角下探索实验室优化管理策略,以提升开放式实验教学效果,实现学生就业质量及层次的双重突破。
The open experimental teaching is a new teaching method to improve students’innovative consciousness and ability,and it is also an important means of cultivating applied talents.It is worth thinking that the traditional laboratory management still faces a series of problems such as poor open mechanism,lagging teacher construction and low equipment utilization rate,which cannot meet the requirements of modern open experimental teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the laboratory optimization management strategy from the perspective of open experimental teaching,so as to improve the effect of open experimental teaching and realize the double breakthrough of students’employment quality and level.
