摘要 政策文本研究是保障政策活动科学有效开展的前提,对政策文本进行类型划分是把握政策本质以完整建构政策体系的重要途径。教育政策文本具有丰富的话语表达形式与意义,基于符号学、诠释学等不同维度对教育政策文本进行阐释,其目的在于确认教育政策文本的制定主体、接受主体、价值意义及主体间场域等本质属性,从而找寻教育政策文本类型划分的标准。依据权力场域运作、决策者权威性及政策效果、政策定义、政策对象、政策话语逻辑等不同标准,可以建构教育政策文本类型。当然,教育政策文本的类型划分具有相对性而非绝对性。对教育政策文本进行类型研究具有推动教育政策研究系统化发展、预测教育及其互联事物的未来趋向、指导教育政策实践活动的有力执行等价值意蕴。 The study of policy texts is a prerequisite for ensuring the scientific and effective development of policy activities.The classification of policy texts is an important way to grasp the essence of policies to construct a complete policy system.Education policy texts have rich expression forms and meanings,which can be interpreted from different dimensions such as structuralist semiotics,hermeneutics,and posture.The purpose of the explanation is to confirm the essential attributes of the educational policy texts such as the formulation subject,the accepting subject,the value meaning and the field between subjects,so as to classify the educational policy text according to different standards.The classification of educational policy texts is relative rather than absolute.The types of educational policy texts are classified according to different criteria such as the operation of the power field,the authority of decision-makers and policy effects,policy definitions,policy objects,and policy discourse logic.Type research on education policy texts has the value meaning of promoting the systematic development of education policy research,predicting the future trend of education and its interconnected things,and guiding the effective implementation of educational policy practice activities.
