摘要
老年股骨近端隐匿性骨折早期往往无法发现和判定,非常容易导致临床中的漏诊、误诊,从而延误治疗影响患者预后。因此,对于股骨近端隐匿性骨折的全面认识、及时诊断和适当处理,是临床工作中一项极为重要且迫切的任务。目前,国内外对于老年股骨近端隐匿性骨折的报道并不多,而且大多数为个案报道,缺乏系统全面解读和分析,易造成理解的单一和碎片化。本文通过对现有国内外相关文献的收集、总结,归纳概述了股骨近端隐匿性骨折的分类、危险因素、诊断方法,以期能为临床及时诊断和治疗提供有益参考。
The occult fracture of proximal femur in the elderly can not be found and judged in the early stage,which is very easy to lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in clinic,thus delaying treatment and affecting the prognosis of patients.Therefore,it is an extremely important and urgent task in clinical work to have a comprehensive understanding,timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment of occult proximal femoral fractures.At present,there are few reports about the occult fracture of proximal femur in the elderly,and most of them are case reports,lacking systematic and comprehensive interpretation and analysis.This paper summarizes the classification,risk factors and diagnostic methods of proximal femoral occult fracture,in order to provide useful reference for clinical timely diagnosis and treatment.
