摘要
为了提高某化肥厂技术改造项目投资的合理性,避免因投资估算的盲目性而导致的投资浪费现象,本文在对技改项目投资估算方法的分析基础上,采用生产能力指数法对某化肥厂年产1 250吨液体肥料项目技术改造项目进行了投资估算,明确了该方法计算过程中生产能力比值选取的原则,计算结果可为类似工程投资估算提供案例参考。
In order to improve the rationality of investment in a chemical fertilizer plant technical transformation project and avoid the waste of investment caused by the blindness of investment estimation, the production capacity index method was used to carry out the investment estimation of 1 250 t/a liquid fertilizer technological transformation project. And the principle of selecting the production capacity ratio in the calculation process of the method was clarified. The calculation result can provide case reference for similar engineering investment estimation.
