摘要
目的:探讨中医四逆加人参方辅助西医常规疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者(2015年1月—2018年3月)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各50例,两组患者均给予强心、利尿等基础治疗措施,治疗组同时给予中医四逆加人参方治疗;对比两组治疗前后的6 min步行距离、血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者的6 min步行距离、血浆NT-pro BNP水平差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的6 min步行距离高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆NT-pro BNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD测定值差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的LVEF低于对照组(P<0.05),LVESD、LVEDD测定值高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的Lee氏心衰计分法心衰疗效分级差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组Lee氏心衰计分法心衰疗效分级优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的NYHA心衰疗效分级差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组NYHA心衰疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医四逆加人参方辅助西医常规疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭效果肯定,对于改善患者的心功能具有更加显著的作用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Sini Jianshen Formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)with conventional Western medicine.Methods:Totally 100 patients with chronic heart failure(January 2015 to March 2018)admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The two groups were given cardiotonic and diuretic basic treatment measures,while the treatment group was given Sini Jianshen Formula.The walking distance of 6-minute before and after treatment and plasma amino-terminal brain sodium were compared between the two groups.NT-pro BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and the clinical efficacy were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the 6-minute walking distance and plasma NT-pro BNP level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the plasma NT-pro BNP level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the measured values of LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment was given.The LVEF of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the measured values of LVESD and LVEDD were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Lee’s Heart Failure Scored Heart Failure Therapeutic Classification between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Lee’s Heart Failure Scored Heart Failure Therapeutic Classification of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the NYHA Heart difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the therapeutic effect of NYHA in treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sini Jianshen Formula of traditional Chinese medicine combined with routine western medicine treatment has a definite effect on chronic heart failure,and has a more significant effect on improving patients’cardiac function.
