摘要
肾为先天之本,为人身阳气之根本,具有温煦全身脏腑官窍、蒸化津液之功。笔者通过临床实践发现,围绝经期失眠患者以肾阳虚证多见。文章根据中医睡眠理论及女性围绝经期的生理特点,从阳气与睡眠的关系、肾阳虚围绝经期失眠的病因病机及临床表现等方面详细阐述对肾阳虚围绝经期失眠症的认识,认为围绝经期失眠症的关键病机是肾虚,其基本病理变化归属于阳不入阴,阴阳失交,从而探讨女性围绝经期失眠症的中医发病机制。
The kidney is the innate foundation,which is the foundation of the human body Yang.It has the functions of warming the body,organizing the organs and steaming the body fluid.Through clinical practice,it is found that patients with perimenopausal insomnia are more common with Yang deficiency.According to the sleeping theory and physiological characteristics of women in perimenopausal period,the article elaborates the understanding of the perimenopausal insomnia caused by kidney Yang deficiency from the relationship between Yang and sleeping,the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations of the perimenopausal insomnia with kidney Yang deficiency.The key pathogenesis of perimenopausal insomnia is kidney deficiency.The basic pathological changes are attributed to Yin and Yang dissociation,so as to explore the pathogenesis of women with perimenopausal insomnia.
