摘要
目的观察老十针联合温通针法对中风后情绪应激障碍引起腹泻性肠易激综合征的疗效。方法选取医院中医康复科2017年2月—2018年10月收治的中风后被诊断为腹泻性肠易激综合征且伴有情绪应激障碍的86例患者为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组(43例/组),对照组进行改善微循坏和脑细胞等对症治疗,观察组给予老十针选穴和温通针法治疗,7 d为1个疗程。连续治疗3个疗程后以肠道症状改善和情绪应激改善为观察指标并判定整体疗效后对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组均有疗效,观察组总体有效率为95.34%(41/43),对照组有效率为86.04%(37/43),差异有统计学意义。观察组患者各肠道症状改善明显好转,情绪应激评分改变均减少。结论老十针配合温通针法对中风后情绪应激障碍引起的腹泻性肠易激综合征治疗效果明显,可以减轻患者负担,促进恢复,值得在临床中推广运用。
Objective To observe the effect of old ten needling combined with warming-dredging acupuncture on diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome caused by emotional stress disorder after stroke.Methods Eighty-six patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome and emotional stress disorder were selected from the Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Department in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group(43 cases/group).The control group was treated with symptomatic treatment of microcirculation and brain cells.The observation group was treated with old ten needling and warming-dredging acupuncture,and 7 days was a course of treatment.After 3 consecutive treatments,the improvements of intestinal symptoms and emotional stress were used as indicators and the overall efficacy was compared.Results After treatment with old ten needling and warming-dredging acupuncture,the overall effective rate of the observation group was 95.34%(41/43),and the effective rate of the control group was 86.04%(37/43).The difference was statistically significant.In the observation group,the improvement of intestinal symptoms was significantly improved,and the changes in emotional stress scores were all reduced.Conclusion The old ten needling combined with warming-dredging acupuncture method has obvious therapeutic effect on diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome caused by emotional stress disorder after stroke,which can reduce the burden on patients and promote recovery.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
