摘要
目的探讨李跃华教授治疗气虚血瘀型慢性脑供血不足的用药规律,为慢性脑供血不足的防治提供新的思路。方法通过回顾性研究方法,收集李跃华教授治疗气虚血瘀型脑动脉供血不足的临床处方,借助中医传承辅助平台系统分析其用药规律。结果对筛选出的183首处方,127味中药进行分析,得出处方中频次较高的药物有葛根、川芎、炙黄芪、赤芍、升麻、羌活、红景天、骨碎补、石菖蒲、细辛、柴胡。利用系统新方分析功能得出核心组合11组,根据关联规律得到新处方11首。结论李跃华教授在治疗慢性脑供血不足时以补肾益气活血通络为法,自拟方舒筋通络方,临床疗效显著。
Objective To explore Professor LI Yuehua’s treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency caused by Qi deficiency and blood stasis and provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency.Methods Through retrospective research methods,Professor LI Yuehua′s clinical prescriptions of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of cerebral arterial insufficiencywere collected and the rule of medication was analyzed by means of TCM Transmission platform system.Results A total of 183 prescriptions and 127 kinds of traditional Chinese drugs were analyzed.The drugs with higher frequency in the prescription were Gegen(Pueraria),Chuanxiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong),Huangqi(Astragalus),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Shengma(Cimicifuga),Qianghuo(Notopterygium incisum),Hongjingtian(Rhodiola crenulata),Gusuibu(Davallia mariesii),Shichangpu(Calamus),Sixin(Asarum),Chaihu(Bupleurum).Using the system new party analysis function,11 core groups were obtained,and 11 new prescriptions were obtained according to the association rule.Conclusion In the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency,Professor LI Yuehua uses self-made Fangshujin Tongluo Recipe and the clinical efficacy is significant.
