摘要
目的采用知识图谱分析国内中医药治疗血脂异常的研究进程与现状。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)1992-2019年相关文献,通过CiteSpace 5.5.R2分析该领域文献的作者、研究机构、关键词情况。结果共纳入文献1551篇,核心作者有贾连群、刘志诚、徐斌、张一昕、杨惠民、等,主要研究机构有南京、北京、广州、辽宁中医药大学以及中国中医科学院等,高频关键词有中药治疗、针灸、代谢组学、血脂康、活血祛瘀剂等,热点与前沿有肠道菌群、氧化应激、代谢组学、分子生物学、网络药理学、针灸、辨证等。结论知识图谱分析可快速、直观地展现国内中医药治疗血脂异常领域的研究进程,分析该领域近年来的热点及前沿,为进一步研究提供基础。
Objective To analyze the research progress and current status of domestic treatment for lipid abnormality with TCM through mapping knowledge domain.Methods Relevant literature published in CNKI from 1992 to 2019 was retrieved,and mapping knowledge domain software(CiteSpace5.3.R2)was used to conduct bibliometric analysis on authors,research institutions,and keywords in the field.Results Totally 1551 articles were included.The core authors included JIA Lianqun,LIU Zhicheng,XU Bin,ZHANG Yixin and YANG Huimin.The main research institutions were Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.High-frequency keywords included TCM treatment,acupuncture-moxibustion,metabonomics,Xuezhikang(XZK)and promoting blood and eliminating blood stasis drugs.Hotspots and frontiers were intestinal flora,oxidative stress,metabonomics,molecular biology,network pharmacology,acupuncture-moxibustion,syndrome differentiation and so on.Conclusion Mapping knowledge domain analysis can quickly and intuitively display the basic research progress of domestic TCM treatment for lipid abnormality,analyze the hotpots and frontiers of this field in recent years,and provide a basis for further research.
