摘要
目的研究加减止痛健骨方联合依降钙素治疗膝骨关节炎合并骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取在医院就诊的膝骨关节炎合并骨质疏松症患者78例,随机分成对照组和治疗组两组,对照组予以依降钙素注射治疗,治疗组采用依降钙素联合加减止痛健骨方治疗,两组疗程均8周,并随访至停药后8周。比较两组治疗效果、Lysholm膝关节评分、VAS评分、BMD、膝关节液IL-6、血清BGP水平。结果用药8周和16周后,两组治疗效果、Lysholm评分、BMD、BGP高于治疗前(P<0.05),VAS评分、IL-6低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗效果、Lysholm评分、BMD、BGP高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分、IL-6低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加减止痛健骨方联合依降钙素注射液具有提高疗效,改善膝关节功能,提高骨密度,降低关节液炎性因子等良好的临床效果,且疗效药效至少能维持8周。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Modified Zhitong Jiangu Decoction(加减止痛健骨方)combined with calcitonin on treating knee osteoarthritis with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 78 patients with knee osteoarthritis and osteoporosis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with calcitonin.The treatment group was treated with calcitonin combined with Modified Zhitong Jiangu Decoction.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks and followed up to 8 weeks after discontinuation.The treatment effect,Lysholm knee joint score,VAS score,bone density,knee joint fluid IL-6 and serum BGP levels were compared between the two groups.Result After 8 and 16 weeks of treatment,the Lysholm score,BMD and BGP were higher in the two groups than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score and IL-6 were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group′s Lysholm score,BMD and BGP were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhitong Jiangu Decoction combined with calcitonin has good clinical effects,improving curative effect and knee function,increasing bone density,and reducing inflammatory factors of synovial fluid,and the therapeutic effect can be maintained for at least 8 weeks.
