Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Swallowing Function in Patients with Swallowing Dysfunction After Cerebral Infarction

摘要目的探讨脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者中医针刺联合康复训练治疗对患者吞咽功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年7月该院收治的脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者150例,随机分为两组,对照组康复训练,研究组联合中医针刺治疗,比较两组治疗后营养不良、脱水和吸入性肺炎等并发症发生率、吞咽功能恢复情况及治疗前后患者的神经功能缺损评分、精神信仰、独立、环境、社会、心理、生理等6方面生活质量和吞咽困难、饮水呛咳、肢体偏瘫、舌强语塞等中医证候积分。结果对照组的吞咽功能恢复情况差于研究组(P<0.05),对照组并发症发生率高于研究组(P<0.0),对照组神经功能缺损评分高于研究组,且生活质量评分低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组中医证候积分高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍采取中医针刺联合康复训练治疗能改善吞咽功能、神经功能和生活质量,还能减少并发症和降低中医证候积分,应推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on swallowing function in patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 150 patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was trained in rehabilitation.The study group was combined with acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment,the two groups’incidence of complications such as malnutrition,dehydration and aspiration pneumonia,recovery of swallowing function,and neurological deficit scores,spiritual beliefs,independence,environment,society,psychology,and physiology of patients before and after treatment TCM syndrome points such as cough,limb hemiplegia,and strong tongue congestion were compared.Results The recovery of swallowing function in the control group was worse than that in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score in the control group was higher than that in the study group,and the quality of life score of the study group was better(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the control group was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training after cerebral infarction can improve swallowing function,neurological function and quality of life.It can also reduce complications and lower TCM syndrome scores.It should be promoted and applied.
