摘要
目的探讨脑心通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月—2019年8月在医院治疗的高脂血症患者121例,依据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组采用脑心通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗;治疗8周后比较两组患者治疗前后血脂及同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率94.9%,优于对照组的82.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组比较TC、TG、LDL-C、HCY水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论脑心通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙对于高脂血症患者血脂水平的改善及血HCY水平的降低均有一定的疗效,用药安全,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Naoxintong Capsule(脑心通胶囊)combined with atorvastatin calcium on hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 121 patients with hyperlipidemia who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,and the observation group was treated with Naoxintong Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium.After 8 weeks of treatment,the blood lipid and homocysteine(Hcy)levels and clinical effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.9%,superior to 82.3%of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Naoxintong Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium has certain curative effect on the improvement of blood lipid level and the reduction of blood Hcy level in patients with hyperlipidemia.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
