摘要
目的观察健脾益肾滋阴汤联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2021年7月邓州市人民医院诊治的骨质疏松症患者120例作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组采用阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健脾益肾滋阴汤治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、骨密度、简易体能状况量表(SPPB)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、骨碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、血钙、血磷水平。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组[89.36%(54/60)vs 72.34%(43/60)](P<0.05);治疗后观察组腰椎、髋部、股骨颈处骨密度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SPPB评分显著高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组骨碱性磷酸酶低于对照组,骨钙素高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的血钙、血磷比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾益肾滋阴汤联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗骨质疏松症的疗效较好,可有效提高患者的骨密度,调节骨代谢平衡,改善患者疼痛症状和活动能力,且安全性较好。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Yishen Ziyin Decoction(健脾益肾滋阴汤)combined with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsule on osteoporosis.Methods A total of 94 patients with osteoporosis were enrolled as the research objects between February 2019 and July 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Ziyin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,bone mineral density,Short Physical Performance Battery(SPPB)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,levels of bone alkaline phosphatase,osteocalcin,serum calcium and phosphorus were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[89.36%(54/60)vs 72.34%(43/60)](P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density values of lumbar spine,hip and femoral neck in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SPPB score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of serum calcium and phosphorus between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Jianpi Yishen Ziyin Decoction combined with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsule is significant on patients with osteoporosis,which can effectively improve the bone mineral density,regulate the balance of bone metabolism and improve pain symptoms and mobility,with good safety.
