摘要
目的探讨清肺泻肝汤治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效。方法选取110例2019年10月—2020年10月张家口市第一医院内分泌科收治的2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将所选患者分为对照组(55例)与试验组(55例)。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片、多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予清肺泻肝汤进行治疗,两组均持续治疗28 d。比较两组治疗28 d后的疗效,治疗前、治疗28 d后的糖代谢指标、脂代谢指标及肝功能相关指标水平。结果治疗28 d后,试验组总有效率为94.55%(52/55),高于对照组的81.82%(45/55)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗28 d后,两组血清空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平均降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);而两组血清脂联素(APN)水平均升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肺泻肝汤可明显改善2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者糖脂代谢,并可改善患者肝功能,进而有利于提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction(清肺泻肝汤)treating type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who were admitted to the department of endocrinology in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the control group(55 cases)and the test group(55 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets and polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules and the test group was treated with Qingfei Xiegan Decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 28 d.The curative effects after 28 d of treatment,the levels of glucose metabolism indexes,lipid metabolism indexes and liver function-related indexes before and after 28 d of treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After 28 d of treatment,the rate of total effective in the test group was 94.55%(52/55),which was higher than 81.82%(45/55)in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,after 28 d of treatment,the levels of serum fasting insulin(FINS),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerides(TG),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of the two groups decreased.Those of the test group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).the levels of serum adiponectin(APN)of the two groups increased and that of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Xiegan Decoction could significantly improve the glucose and lipid metabolism of patients with type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and improve the liver function of patients,thereby helping to improve the clinical efficacy.
