摘要
研究炭黑补强乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)1502与溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)2466并用胶的性能。结果表明:随着ESBR1502用量的增大,ESBR1502/SSBR2466并用胶的交联密度增大,硫化速率减小,焦烧时间缩短,弹性和耐磨性能提高,抗湿滑性能下降;并用胶的拉伸性能受到相对分子质量及其分布的影响。
The properties of blends of ESBR1502 and SSBR2466 reinforced by carbon black were studied. The results showed that,with the dosage of ESBR1502 increasing,the crosslinking density of ESBR1502/SSBR2466 blends increased,the curing rate decreased,the scorch time was shortened,the resilience and wear resistance were improved,and the wet skid resistance decreased. The tensile properties of ESBR1502/SSBR2466 blends were affected by the relative molecular weight and its distribution.
