摘要
研究频率和温度对帘线与胶料动态粘合性能的影响。结果表明:在室温条件下,当频率达到30 Hz时,帘线与胶料的动态粘合性能最好,动态疲劳次数达到10万次以上;以30 Hz的频率持续往复运动15 min,温度为80℃时帘线与胶料的粘合力保持率最大。
The effect of frequency and temperature on the dynamic adhesion property between cord and compound was studied.The results showed that,at room temperature,when the frequency reached 30 Hz,the dynamic adhesion property was the best,and the number of fatigue loads in the dynamic fatigue test reached more than 100000.Reciprocating motion 15 min with a fixed frequency of 30 Hz,the retention rate of the adhesion between cord and compound was the largest when the temperature was 80℃.
