摘要
针对流程工业中石油化工行业安全控制设备在实际运行中因为突发故障而造成重大财产损失的问题,通过灰色预测模型对设备的暂态故障进行处理,有效诊断设备是否处于亚健康状态,并根据历史暂态故障值预测设备的健康发展趋势,比较分析预测值与实际监测值,预测结果可有效监控设备健康状态,提高故障检测和检修效率,降低安全控制设备永久性故障发生概率。
Aiming at the problem of major property losses caused by sudden failures of safety control equipment in the petrochemical industry in the process industry during actual operation,the gray prediction model is used to deal with the transient faults of the equipment to effectively diagnose whether the equipment is in a sub-healthy state,and according to the historical transient fault value to predict the health development trend of the equipment,the predicted value and the actual monitoring value are compared and analyzed.The predicted results can effectively monitor the health status of the equipment,improve the efficiency of fault detection and maintenance,and reduce the probability of permanent faults of the safety control equipment.
