摘要
自控仪表工程设计过程中,仪表安装图部分的材料汇料主要通过手动计算,繁琐且易出错,而通过SPI,AVEVA等外购软件或第三方平台来实现汇料成本高昂、效果难料且维护困难,介绍了自主开发的一套仪表材料编码及自动汇料出图的软件。阐述了该软件的基本设计思路,仪表材料编码规则和库,安装方案标准图集,安装方案汇料计算等。该软件大幅提升了设计效率,实现了设计工作智能化。
During the process of auto-control instrument engineering design,the material collection of instrument hook-up drawing is mainly by manual calculation,which is complicated and error-prone.The method will be high cost,unpredictable effect and difficult maintenance through outsourcing software such as SPI and AVEVA,or the third-party platform.The software for instrument material code and automatic material collection code and automatic material collection drawing generating developed independently by one company is introduced.The basic design mentality,instrument material code rules and library,installation scheme standard schematic handbook,installation scheme collection material calculation etc.are expounded.The software increases the design efficiency sharply.The intelligentization of design work is realized.
