摘要
                
                    某油田气井数量多、分布广、产量波动频繁、管理难度大,大部分气井井口参数无法远程监控,采用人工巡检劳动强度大,影响气田生产效率。为提高气井生产能力,选取8口气井作为试点,选用先进的Wireless HART智能无线技术,采集井口的工艺参数,并通过无线通信的方式,将井口监控数据传送至位于集气站的上位控制系统中,实现了对井口的远程监测,降低了人工巡检的劳动强度,提高了井口生产的可靠性。
                
                Xinjiang oilfield has the characteristics of a large number of gas wells,wide distribution,frequent fluctuations in output and difficult management,most of the wellhead parameters of gas wells cannot be remotely monitored.Manual inspection is adopted with intensive labor,which affects the production efficiency of the gas field.To improve the production capacity of gas wells,8gas wells are selected as pilot sites.Advanced Wireless HART intelligent wireless technology is used to collect process parameters of the wellhead.Through wireless communication manner,the wellhead monitoring data is transmitted to upper control system located in the gas gathering station,remote monitoring of the wellhead is realized,the labor intensity of manual inspection is reduced,the reliability of wellhead production is improved.
