摘要
通过对石油化工企业中的仪控设备合理管理,提高设备自动化程度和可靠性,满足设备的使用要求,提升石油化工企业的生产效率。从自动化仪表状况、仪控设备常见问题出发,论述了项目前期设计选型原则及重点关注要点,并结合实际工作中积累的数据分析结论和经验,介绍了仪控设备选型过程中关注重点、经验,对石油化工行业的仪控专业仪表设计审查和选型提供参考,提高维护效率和效果,促进装置长周期稳定运行。
Through reasonable management of instrument and control equipment in petrochemical enterprises,the automation degree and reliability of equipment is improved,the requirements of equipment use is met,and the production efficiency of petrochemical enterprises is improved.Based on the status of automatic instruments and common problems of instrument control equipment,the type selection principles and key points of attention during the preliminary of the project are discussed,with combination of the data analysis conclusions accumulated in practical work and the work experience,the key points of attention and experience in type selection of instrument are introduced.It provides reference for the design review and type selection of instrument control professional instrument in the petrochemical industry.The maintenance efficiency and effects are improved.The long-term stable operation of the installation is promoted.
