10kV配电网用混凝土电杆质量检测及典型缺陷分析 被引量:2

摘要 混凝土电杆作为10 kV配电网架空线路的主要组成部分,随着钻石型配电网建设的加快推进,对混凝土电杆的质量要求也随之提高。对近3年内10 kV配电网用混凝土电杆进行质量检测,对检测过程中的问题进行了分类汇总,发现外观质量缺陷是混凝土电杆的主要质量问题。最后对外观质量典型缺陷进行分析并提出改进建议,以提升混凝土电杆制造质量,保障配电网的安全稳定运行。 Concrete poles are the main component of the overhead line of 10 kV distribution network.With the acceleration of diamond-type distribution networks,the demand and quality requirements of concrete poles have increased.In this paper,the quality inspection of concrete poles for 10 kV distribution networks in the past 3 years is carried out,and the problems in the inspection process are integrated and classified.It is found that the appearance quality defects are the main aspects of the quality problems of concrete poles.The typical defects of appearance quality are analyzed,and suggestions are put forward to improve the manufacturing quality of concrete poles in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the10 kV distribution networks.
