摘要 耐张线夹的质量直接影响输电线路的安全稳定运行。对上海某220 kV输电线路工程耐张线夹进行金属技术监督专项检测,通过宏观检查和渗透检测发现,耐张线夹焊接部位存在弧坑裂纹、气孔、咬边、未焊满等缺陷,提出了加强耐张线夹加工制造、到货抽检、压接安装、在运排查等措施,以提升耐张线夹的投运质量,保障电网安全。 The quality of strain clamp directly affects the safety and stability of transmission lines.A metal technical supervision detection was conducted on the strain clamp of a 220 kV transmission line project in Shanghai.Through the macroscopic inspection and penetrant testing,it was found which existed welding defects of cracks,porosity,edge biting,incomplete welding in the welded joints of strain clamp.Some measures are put forward to improve the operation quality of strain clamp and ensure the safety of power grid,including improving the strain clamp processing and manufacturing,sampling inspection on arrival,crimping installation and inspection during operation.
