摘要
科技为现代建筑赋能,助推了建筑智能化和绿色发展。但作为新兴领域,建筑电气与智能化系统设计尚不成熟不规范。简述了建筑电气与智能化系统概念、特点、优势和发展方向,在分析设计目标和设计要求的基础上,提出建筑电气与智能化系统设计原则,探讨并总结典型智能化系统及系统集成设计、设备材料选择要点,同时以两个具体案例加以分析阐发。目的在于为类似项目设计提供参考借鉴,通过提高设计服务能力和工作效率,有效解决工程实际问题,助推项目营运管理水平进步,提升建筑品质。
Technology empowers modern architecture and promotes its intelligence and green development.However,as an emerging field,the design of building electrical and intelligent systems is not yet mature and standardized.This article briefly introduces the concept,characteristics,advantages,and development direction of building electrical and intelligent systems.Based on the analysis of design goals and requirements,the design principles of building electrical and intelligent systems are proposed,and typical intelligent systems and system integration design,equipment and material selection points are discussed and summarized.At the same time,two specific cases are analyzed and explained.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for similar project design,effectively solve the practical problems of the project by improving the design service ability and work efficiency,boost the progress of project operations management level,and improve the construction quality.
