摘要
天津市对大气污染物排放要求很严格,对氮氧化物、二氧化硫和颗粒物的排放限值要求分别为30,10,5 mg/m^3。T/CPCIF 0006—2017《氨法脱硫副产硫酸铵》对硫酸铵产品质量提出了更高的要求。不同类型的氨法烟气脱硫技术已在催化裂化、S Zorb等工艺装置上成功应用,但氨逃逸和气溶胶仍是大众关注的焦点,目前缺乏逃逸检测标准和排放限值控制指标。吸收塔的设计方案和操作条件是氨法烟气脱硫技术的核心,有效抑制和减少气溶胶形成是氨法烟气脱硫技术发展的关键,硫酸铵产品结晶工段(结晶、干燥和包装)直接影响氨法烟气脱硫装置长周期运行和硫酸产品的生产。液氨属于危险化学品,液氨罐的储存质量等于或超过临界量10 t即构成危险化学品重大危险源。烟气脱硫副产环己酮肟技术可实现烟气脱硫副产物的高品位资源化利用。
Tianjin has the most stringent requirements for air pollutant emissions.The emission limit requirements for nitrogen oxides,SO2 and particulate matter are 30,10,and 5 mg/m3 respectively.T/CPCIF 0006—2017"Ammonium Sulfate Produced by Ammonia Based Desulfurization Process"put forward higher requirements for the quality of ammonium sulfate products.Different types of ammonia flue gas desulfurization technologies have been successfully applied in process units such as FCC and catalytic gasoline adsorption desulfurization(S Zorb).However,ammonia escape and aerosols are still the focus of public attention,and currently there is no escape detection standard and emission limit control index.The design scheme and operating conditions of the absorption tower are the core of the ammonia flue gas desulfurization technology.Effective suppression and reduction of aerosol formation is the key to the development of the ammonia flue gas desulfurization technology.The crystallization stage(crystallization,drying and packaging)of the ammonium sulfate product directly affects the long-term operation of the unit and the quality of sulfuric acid products.Liquid ammonia is a dangerous chemical,and the quality of the liquid ammonia tank is equal to or exceeds the critical amount of 10 t,which becomes a major dangerous source of dangerous chemicals.By-product Cyclohexanone oxime technology of flue gas desulfurization can realize high-grade resource utilization of flue gas desulfurization by-products.
