摘要
对石化企业蒸汽过剩的情况进行归纳总结,明确了3种蒸汽过剩情况,对蒸汽过剩的原因进行系统分析,认为机组设置不合理、蒸汽管网运行未优化、蒸汽等级使用不合理、燃料气隐性产汽及过剩产汽等是造成蒸汽过剩的主要原因。针对蒸汽过剩问题,提出利用管网优化运行来降低低压蒸汽产量,通过燃气联合循环发电来提高燃料利用能效降低蒸汽产量、优化大机组配置和降低燃料气隐形产汽等措施。最后提出了蒸汽平衡的调节原则及调节手段,平衡原则为按压力等级从低至高逐级平衡,调节措施包括减温减压阀调节、背压透平调节、抽背透平和抽凝透平发电平调节,其中抽背发电透平是产汽量可调的企业最佳调节设备,而双抽凝透平是产汽量不可调企业的最佳调节设备。
The situations of steam surplus in petrochemical plant were summarized,three situations of steam surplus were pointed out,and the concept of steam potential surplus was put forward.Based on the analysis for the causes of steam surplus,it was concluded that the main causes of steam surplus included unreasonable turbine setting,unoptimized steam pipe network operation,excess fuel gas and implicit steam production,and unreasonable steam grade.In view of the above problems,several optimization measures were put forward,including optimizing pipe network operation,gas-steam combined cycle power generation,optimizing the configuration of large turbines,reducing fuel and gas implicit steam production,and so on.Meanwhile,the equilibrium principle was proposed,which adjusted steam from low to high pressure steam grade.Adjustment measures included steam converter valve,back pressure turbine,extraction back pressure turbine and extraction condense turbine.Extraction back pressure turbine was considered the best steam balance adjusting equipment for adjustable steam production plant,while double extraction condense turbine for unadjustable steam production plant.
