磁共振弥散衍生技术和影像组学在肝细胞癌TACE疗效评估的研究进展

Progress of diffusion-derived MRI and radiomics to evaluate the treatment efficacy of transarterial chemoembolization in hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是高发病率、高致死率的恶性肿瘤之一。经动脉化疗栓塞(Transarterial chemoembolization,TACE)是不可切除HCC患者的一线治疗方法。准确评估TACE疗效有助于指导后续治疗策略,从而提高HCC患者的总生存率。近年来,磁共振成像新技术的发展为HCC患者TACE疗效评价提供了无创的有效手段。本文对磁共振弥散衍生技术(体素内不相干运动、扩散峰度成像)及影像组学在HCC TACE疗效评价中的研究进展予以综述。 Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors with high incidence rate and high mortality.Transarterial chemoembolizatin(TACE)is the first-line treatment for unresectable HCCs.Accurate evaluation of treat-ment efficacy of TACE is helpful to guide the follow-up treatment strategies and improve the overall survival rate of HCC pa-tients.In recent years,the development of new techniques of MRI provides non-invasive and effective means for estimating the efficacy of TACE in HCC patients.This article reviews the progress of diffusion-derived MRI(intra-voxel incoherent motion and diffusion kurtosis imaging)and radiomics in the evaluation of treatment efficacy of TACE in HCC.
