摘要
臁疮是临床较难治愈的疾病之一,危害患者的健康。西医治疗主要采用手术疗法,创口不易愈合导致病情反复。近几年中医药治疗臁疮取得显著的疗效,臁疮的中医病因病机为气血亏虚日久、气滞血瘀、经络痹阻、湿热下注、局部皮肤失于濡养、湿毒侵淫发而为病。中医药治疗主要是以中医基础理论为指导的内治和外治疗法,尤以外治法多见疗效也最为显著。但因其病程较久疾病的难治愈性,多种治疗方法并用从而更能发挥中医药的优势。文章综述了近10年中医药治疗臁疮取得的成果,以期为中医临床及科研工作者提供一定的理论参考。
Acne is one of the most difficult diseases to cure in clinic,which endangers the health of patients.Western medicine mainly uses surgical treatment,the wound is not easy to heal,leading to repeated illness.In recent years,Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable curative effect in the treatment of eczema.The etiology and pathogenesis of eczema are deficiency of Qi and blood for a long time,stagnation of Qi and blood stasis,obstruction of meridians and collaterals,damp-heat injection,local skin loss in immersion,dampness and poison invading prostitution and causing disease.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is mainly internal and external therapies guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,especially external therapies,which have the most significant effect.However,due to its long course of disease and the difficulty of curing the disease,the combination of various treatment methods can give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarizes the achievements of TCM treatment of eczema in recent 10 years,in order to provide some theoretical reference for clinical and scientific researchers of TCM.
