摘要
益气活血法是中医治疗气虚血瘀证的特有理论基础。中医的气血理论认为气和血既是构成人体的最基本的精微物质,亦是维持人体生命活动的物质基础,两者在生理和病理上相互依存、相互转化、相互影响。在现代医学发展的今天,益气活血法并未因之而淘汰,相反它被现代医学科学所证实,肯定了中医益气活血法自身的科学性。因此,益气活血法在临床治疗学和实验研究中更显示了它的强大生命力。将益气活血法广泛用于临床各科,治疗气虚血瘀所致的各种疾病。目前益气活血法已成为中医治疗心血管疾病的一种常用方法,同时益气活血的中药也已成为临床上治疗心系疾病最基本、关键、有效的药物。
Tonifying Qi and activating blood method is the unique theoretical basis of traditional chinese medicine in treating Qi deficiency and blood stasis.The theory of Qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine holds that Qi and blood are not only the most basic fine substances that make up the human body,but also the material basis for maintaining the life activities of the human body.The two are interdependent,transforming and influencing each other in physiology and pathology.Today,with the development of modern medicine,the method of invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation has not been eliminated.On the contrary,it has been confirmed by modern medical science,confirming the scientific nature of the method of invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation in traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,the method of invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation has shown its strong vitality in clinical therapeutics and experimental research.At present,the method of invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation has become a commonly used method for treating cardiovascular diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,the traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation has become the most basic,key and effective medicine for treating heart diseases in clinic.
